Adaptive Skills Training (AST)

Adaptive Skills Training provides individualized support designed to help children, teens, and adults develop the practical, social, and emotional skills necessary to navigate daily life with greater confidence and independence.

At Creative Wellness Collective, our Sober Companioning and Recovery Coaching services provide hands-on, individualized support for individuals navigating early recovery, maintaining long-term sobriety, transitioning from treatment, or rebuilding their lives after addiction. Recovery doesn't happen in isolation—it happens in everyday moments, relationships, routines, and decisions. Our role is to help bridge the gap between treatment and real-world living with accountability, structure, and compassionate support.
